Charles R. Singletary
Principal / Founder, Castlebridge Capital

Charlie Singletary is the founder and principal of Castlebridge Capital. Prior to the formation of Castlebridge Capital, Charlie was a founder and co-partner of Torreon Capital which was formed to acquire and manage assets from Dana Commercial Credit. In his capacity as principal, Charlie specializes in investment production including preferred equity investments and special opportunity debt. He oversees the due diligence, underwriting, acquisition, asset management and disposition of all of his investments. Charlie's career began in the Professional Credit Training Program at First City Bancorporation in 1982 with initial assignment to the International Division. Subsequent experience included responsibility for loan workouts and restructuring of corporate debt, commercial and private investor credits in the energy, banking, lumber, food processing and securities industries. He has experience serving as an asset manager of fee simple commercial real estate and loans secured by commercial real estate for private investment firms.

Terri J. Konkol
CPA, Controller

Terri Konkol serves as Controller for Castlebridge Capital, overseeing and managing day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting of several partnerships and entities associated with Castlebridge Capital and prior partnership investments. Terri has performed all levels of accounting related to commercial real estate for 20 years. Her career began as a staff accountant in the REO accounting department at Franklin Federal Bancorp. Following that she worked for Asset Recovery Fund and Eastbridge Partners managing the accounting for up to 20 commercial real estate investment partnerships and LLCs. From there she moved to the Real Estate Services Group at Dana Commercial Credit and managed the accounting of a $200 million portfolio of real estate investments and loans. Then in 2002 the Real Estate Services Group broke off from DCC and formed Torreon Capital where Terri became the Controller and assisted in the set up of the new company. She oversaw the accounting of a $100+ million portfolio of real estate investments and loans, as well as the company's benefits, payroll, and operational budgeting. Throughout her 20 years of real estate and investment accounting experience she has worked closely with third party accounting firms to assist them in their tax preparation and audits. Terri has been a licensed CPA since 1997.
