Castlebridge Capital® offers sponsors funding to acquire notes and/or real estate, purchase of distressed debt and REO or other opportunistic acquisitions.
Mezzanine debt or preferred equity are also possible depending on return on cost and investment expected. Castlebridge Capital® can provide funding for projects located across the continental United States. Typical transactions will require a favorable per square foot basis, significant cash flow coverage, pre-leasing and pre-sales. Depending on the strength of the Sponsor, quality of tenancy and placement within the market and submarket, Castlebridge Captial® provides up to 90% of the required equity, and up to 75% of debt to cost depending on project DCR. |
