Charles R. Singletary as a partner in Torreon Capital originated and
underwrote investments for limited partner preferred equity and
special opportunity loans. The investments ranged from $2 million to
$74 million in size. Property types included grocery anchored retail,
office, industrial, multifamily, residential condos, secondary market
malls and mixed use assets. Investment terms ranged from 2 to 5
years in primary and secondary markets across the continental
United States.
